Jeep Safari Adventure in Kumaon Himalayas

Arrive at Delhi international airport, you will be assisted by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Stay overnight in the hotel.

After breakfast, start a daylong tour of Old & New Delhi. Today visit historical Qutab Minar, which was the tallest tower in India once upon a time, Humanyun’s Tomb – this was constructed by Begum Hamida for his Emperor husband from Mughal dynasty Humanyun. It is considered as a forerunners of world famous Taj Mahal. Also take a tour of India Gate, the house of President and Parliament House. If time permits visit Red Fort – listed as UNESCO world heritage site and is an example of great Mughal architecture, Jama Masjid – one of the biggest mosques in Asia, historical Chandni Chowk market and Raj Ghat – the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi – the Father of Nation. Later, transfer to the railway station to board the overnight train to Kathgodam.

On arrival at Kathgodam station, transfer straight to Pangot (02 HRS). Arrive at Pangot and check in to the camp. Later, do the nature walks in Kilbury & Pangot to the variety of birds.

Today take a day return excursion to Nainital. Do some bird-watching tour and opt for a boat ride over Naini Lake. You may also do the horse riding near the lake.

Today, transfer further to Binsar (04½ HRS). Arrive at Binsar and check in to the hotel. Later, visit the Binsar wildlife sanctuary which gives endless chances to real bird watchers and photographers.

Today depart Binsar for Munsiyari (06 HRS) a charming town has commanding view of Panchchuli mountain peaks and Ralam & Milam valleys. Stay overnight in the resort.

Today, trek from the resort to the Khaliya Top (11,500 ft). From here one can have the terrific view of Panch-Chulli mountain peaks. Those who wish to do the angling will find great chances for fish trout in Gori and Ramganga Rivers. One may also opt to trek to the Lilam Village. This trek is a part of very popular Milam Glacier trek route which runs along with the banks of beautiful Gori Ganga River via the small villages as Darkot, Jimighat and Dumar.

In the morning, transfer to Kausani (06 HRS) driving on narrow roads through the small villages. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Have breakfast and spend the entire day in watching the birds and if you wish just relax watching the mighty Himalayan ranges.

Today depart Kausani for Corbett National Park (04½ HRS). After having lunch, visit the national park to familiarize yourself with the park surroundings and rich wildlife viewing. Stay overnight at a wildlife resort.

In the morning, start a jeep safari into the Corbett National Park to track the tiger, wild elephant and various birds. In the afternoon, enjoy an elephant riding in Corbett Tiger Reserve.

After having breakfast depart Corbett for Delhi (06 HRS). Arrive at Delhi and transfer to the international airport to catch the onward connection. The tour ends.
